Siraj Bahar M. Iqbal

Siraj Bahar M. Iqbal was born in 1951 in Comilla, Bangladesh. A Mechanical Engineer from BUET, his literary life started when he immigrated to Toronto, Canada in 1982 from Houston, Texas. His writings were published in ‘Shukrobar (Friday)”, published by Late Anis Sabeth, Aparna Banerjee and Rita Mandal.

He kept on writing since then, but in 2011 his debut Bengali book “Chotta Duti Kotha” and another English language book “Rhymes of the Time” were published.

His other volumes of poems ‘Neoteer Khela’, ‘Spring Express’ and ‘Musafeerer Attokotha’ were published in 2018.
