Shampa Saha

Shampa Saha, born in 1975 in Kushtia of Bangladesh, used to express herself in paintings when she was a kid. Her ability to empathize with people has transformed her as a writer. Her stories explore poverty, drug problems, the suffering of girls from the other side of the alleys, and the heroines of the 1971. She writes in various newspapers, online portals, YouTube story channels from Bangladesh, India and Canada. Her debut book “Bibarno Swadhinata” was published from Bangladesh. She also writes columns on various contemporary issues. Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy honored her with the “ALOKITO NARI” (Enlightened Woman) award in 2018 and 2019.
