Usha Das
During her student life, Usha Das published poems in a local magazine in Rajshahi where she was born. Most of her working life was spent as a maize breeder in Bangladesh Agricultural Research Institute. In relation to work, she has written many research articles in scientific journals as well as many Bengali booklets and leaflets on maize for the Institute. Three of her articles were included in a book titled ‘Bhuttar Utpadon o Babohar’ (Production and uses of maize), published by the Institute in 1993. Her first book, ‘My Memories of the Liberation War’ has been published 2024.
