Ferdous Nahar
Ferdous Nahar is a committed poet of Bengali literature now living in Toronto. Born and brought up in Dhaka, and a post graduate from the University of Dhaka, Ferdous has treaded on every mosaic path of literature and created prose, stories, translation, lyrics and poetry in her own unique style, but to herself, poetry is the most cherished shelter of her identity.
Her publications include 14 Poetry Collections, 1 Poetry Translation in English, 3 Article Collections, and about 14 joint publications published from Bangladesh and India. Painting is her other passion. She is a well-known lyricist of the famous band music group ‘Miles’ of Bangladesh.
