Latiful Kabir

Latiful Kabir, P.Eng., is a Bangladeshi-Canadian writer, mainly writing fictions in Bangla. His specialty on applying magic realism in short stories and in novels distinguishes him from others. Graduated as Master of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Ryerson University, Toronto in 2011, he moved to Calgary in 2012 and has been working with an engineering firm, providing professional consulting services on building MEP systems. Born in Bangladesh in late sixties, he used to write articles on economics and environment in popular Bangla newspapers during nineties. His wife Mona Kabir is a web designer. They have two daughters.
