Ritusree Ghosh

Ritusree Ghosh, born in 1984 in Khulna, Bangladesh, graduated from the University of Calcutta with scholarship. She started writing at her early days and continued that in Kolkata periodicals like Sahitya Patra, et al, as a local Journalist. After immigrating to Toronto, Canada in 2013, she started regular contribution to Toronto periodicals and magazines. Her debut volume of poems ‘Jibanta Atash Kanch’ was published in 2008 from Kolkata. Mother of two children, and a literary and cultural activist Ritusree’s other poetry collections include ‘Akalik Upakhyan‘ (2011, Dhaka), ‘Ekonistho Mrityu’ (2018, Dhaka). She also writes rhymes and short stories.
