Tushar Gayen
Tushar Gayen was born in Barisal of Bangladesh on July 4, 1967. Doing his high school, Tushar went to USSR and earned his master’s degree in Architecture from Ukraine in 1992. He returned to Bangladesh in 1993 and started working as an Architect; simultaneously published his poems and articles in the literary magazines. He immigrated to Canada in 2005 and received his master of Urban Design degree from USA in 2008. He has authored three books of poetry – Neelbhabahrad (1997), Brishtir Antor Tras (2003), Dwimeruzojon (2012) and jointly edited Postmodern Bangla Poetry 2003 (a collection of Bengali postmodern poems in English translation, India, 2003)
